  1. 1/4 cup jowar flour/white millet
  2. 7 tsp bajra flour/ black millet
  3. 1 tsp chopped fenugreek leaves/ methi
  4. 1 tsp grated carrot
  5. 2 tsp oil
  6. 1 tsp salt to taste
  7. 3 tsp ghee for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Tak a large mixing bowl, add the all ingredients and mix very well and knead into soft dough using enough water.

    Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll out cricle using a little jawar flour for rolling.

    Heat a tawa and cook each paratha, using 1/2 tsp of ghee till golden brown spots appear on both the sides. Then serve hot with curd, chatny, aloo curry.
