Mix Suji & Rajgira flour.
Add curd & salt. Add required water and make a thick batter like chila.
Add grated carrots, onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.
Mix all properly. Keep rest for 15 minutes.
Heat nonstick pan. Apply oil. Pour 2-3 ladle full of batter. Spread it evenly. Drizzle some oil. Roast both sides on medium flame until golden brown.
Transfer into serving plate. Serve with sambhar & coconut green chutney.
