Ramdana (Rajgira) dosa

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Rajgira (Amaranth) flour
  2. 1/2 cup suji
  3. 1/2 cup curd
  4. 1/2 cup grated carrots
  5. 1 onion finely chopped
  6. Coriander leaves finely chopped
  7. to taste Salt
  8. Oil

Steps

  1. Mix Suji & Rajgira flour.

  2. Add curd & salt. Add required water and make a thick batter like chila.

  3. Add grated carrots, onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.

  4. Mix all properly. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

  5. Heat nonstick pan. Apply oil. Pour 2-3 ladle full of batter. Spread it evenly. Drizzle some oil. Roast both sides on medium flame until golden brown.

  6. Transfer into serving plate. Serve with sambhar & coconut green chutney.
