Barley and fennel lassi

  1. 1 cup yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup Barley flour
  3. 1/4 cup sugar (add more or less according to taste)
  4. 2 tbsp honey (it's optional,according to taste add more or less)
  5. Pinch black salt
  6. 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  7. 2 tbsp dry fruits chopped


  1. Add Photo

    Roast the Barley flour in pan and let it cool it

  2. Add Photo

    Whisk yogurt in mixer jar,add sugar,fennel powder,black salt and honey and mix it

  3. Add Photo

    Now add roasted Barley flour and again mix

  4. Add Photo

    Add chopped dry fruits and mix not to grind

  5. Add Photo

    At time to serve, sprinkle some dry fennel powder and set almond and walnut over the top.

    Now Barley and fennel lassi is ready to serve.
