  1. 1 cup yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup Ragi flour
  3. 12-15 dates
  4. 2 tbsp honey (according to taste add more or less)
  5. 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  6. 2 tbsp dry fruits chopped

    Add Photo

    Deseeds the dates and transfer in mixer jar,add some water if need and make paste of it and keep aside it

    Roast the ragi flour in pan and let it cool it

    Whisk yogurt in mixer jar,add dates paste,fennel powder and honey and mix it

    Now add roasted ragi flour and again mix

    Add chopped dry fruits and mix not to grind

    Add Photo

    At time to serve, sprinkle some dry fennel powder and set almond and walnut over the top.
