Deseeds the dates and transfer in mixer jar,add some water if need and make paste of it and keep aside it
Roast the ragi flour in pan and let it cool it
Whisk yogurt in mixer jar,add dates paste,fennel powder and honey and mix it
Now add roasted ragi flour and again mix
Add chopped dry fruits and mix not to grind
At time to serve, sprinkle some dry fennel powder and set almond and walnut over the top.
Now Ragi,Dates and fennel lassi is ready to serve.
