Roast the Barley flour in pan and let it cool it
Whisk yogurt in mixer jar,add sugar,fennel powder,black salt and honey and mix it
Now add roasted Barley flour and again mix
Add chopped dry fruits and mix not to grind
At time to serve, sprinkle some dry fennel powder and set almond and walnut over the top.
Now Barley and fennel lassi is ready to serve.
