Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 cup boiled vermecilli
  2. 1 small onion chopped
  3. 1 small tomato chopped
  4. 1/2 cup green peas
  5. 1/4 cup carrot diced
  6. 2 green chilli finely chopped
  7. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
  8. 1 tsp urad daal
  9. 1/4 tsp haldi
  10. to taste Salt
  11. Oil

Method

5-7 min
  1. Heat oil in a pan. When heated add urad daal and mustard seeds.

  2. Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, carrot and green peas. Cover and cook till all veggies becomes tender.

  3. Now add haldi and salt. Mix well.

  4. Now add boiled vermecilli. Mix well. Cook for 2 min.

  5. Serve hot.
