Jaggery rice/gur wala chawal
Ingredients

1 cup rice/washed and soak

1/2 cup jaggery

1 green cardamom

2 cloves
-
2 tsp ghee

2 finely chopped cashew

2 finely chopped almond

2 finely chopped pista

2 tsp dry coconut powder

2 cup water

1/4 cup milk
Cooking Instructions

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add green cardamom, cloves.

Now add rice along with 2 cup of water in it, and cook for two whistle and then switch off the flame and open after the pressure releases.

Now add jaggery, milk, coconut powder and all chopped dry fruits and cook under lid till all the water and milk are absorbed in the rice. Then serve hot.
