Paneer makhana and gajar halwa

  1. 150 gm paneer
  2. 50 gm peas boiled
  3. 50 gm makhana
  4. 4 tomato puree
  5. 4 onion slice
  6. 1 spoon ginger paste
  7. 1 spoon garlic paste
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 2 spoon oil
  10. 1 tsp haldi mirchi powder
  11. 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. 1 tsp garam masala
  13. 2 spoon cream
  14. gajar halwa
  15. 1 kg carrot grated
  16. 1 litre milk with malai
  17. 8 spoon sugar
  18. some dry fruits as u like


  1. Add Photo

    Take a kadai put oil add onion, garlic,ginger paste.saute as well.

  2. Add Photo

    Now add tomato purry and stir as well.add all other dry masale and stir as well.

    Now add paneer,makhanna,peas and cook five minutes.

    Now pour water one bowl and cook for. ten minutes.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Now put kadai on the gas with carrot and milk together.stir as well on the slow flame.

    When milk is absorbed then add sugar.stir as well.

  8. Add Photo

    After ten minutes add dry fruits and stir as well.

    Your gajar halwa is ready.
