Take a kadai put oil add onion, garlic,ginger paste.saute as well.
Now add tomato purry and stir as well.add all other dry masale and stir as well.
Now add paneer,makhanna,peas and cook five minutes.
Now pour water one bowl and cook for. ten minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Now put kadai on the gas with carrot and milk together.stir as well on the slow flame.
When milk is absorbed then add sugar.stir as well.
After ten minutes add dry fruits and stir as well.
Your gajar halwa is ready.
