The simplest fish recipe prepared with just few basic ingredients. It is a zero oil steamed fish from the North Eastern Cuisine. A very healthy and a delicious one.
Add all the ingredients in a pan. Gently mix them well. Let it come to a boil
Now cover the pan with lid and cook over high heat for 10-12 mins. Let the water evaporate completely and take off the flame
Cover and keep until served. Serve it as a side dish along with rice and any curry.
