Fish fry with gram flour and chaat masala coating that lends it a beautiful colour as well as scrumptious taste. It is a different yummy version of fish fry that is entirely my idea. And it works really well everytime I make this for my family as well as my guests. Chaat masala goes really well with gram flour and you would just lick your plates clean if you ever try this. Do make it for your loved ones and get ready to be loaded with beautiful compliments. You can even grill this. Happy Frying !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ingredients

2 kg King Fish or any good variety

1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

2 tbsp Red chilli powder

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tbsp Cumin powder

1 tbsp Coriander powder

1 tbsp Salt

1 tbsp Chaat masala

1 cup Gram flour or besan (for dry coating)

2 tbsp Lemon juice
Cooking Instructions

Marinate the fish with all the ingredients.

The longer the marination time, the more tastier would be the fried fish.

The gram flour used in this is dry with little salt if desired and chaat masala in it.

Coat the fish pieces with this dry flour well and deep fry them few at a time.

Deep fry in hot oil on a medium high heat until crisp and golden on both the sides.

Serve it hot with khatti daal and steaming plain boiled rice.
