Ingredients

  1. For balls
  2. 1 bowl grated cabbage
  3. 1 grated carrots
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 2-3 tsp corn flour
  6. 1 tsp black pepper
  7. To taste salt
  8. Oil for frying
  9. For gravy
  10. 1 grated carrots
  11. 1/2 bowl grated cabbage
  12. 1 capsicum
  13. 1 onion
  14. 1/2 bowl spring onion
  15. 1/2 bowl beans
  16. 1 tsp vinegar
  17. 1-2 tsp soya sauce
  18. 1-2 tsp chilli sauce
  19. 1-2 tsp tomato sauce
  20. 1 tsp black pepper
  21. 3-4 garlic cloves
  22. 1-2 tsp corn flour
  23. To taste salt
  24. as needed Oil

Method

  1. Add Photo

    For balls:add grated cabbage,carrot,green chilli,black pepper,salt and corn flour in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add Photo

    Add enough water and make small balls with this mixture.

  3. Add Photo

    Heat oil in a wok,fry balls till golden brown.

  4. Add Photo

    For gravy:Heat oil in a wok,add chopped garlic and onion and saute it.

  5. Add Photo

    Add grated cabbage, capsicum, carrot,beans and saute it.

  6. Add Photo

    Now add all sauces and vinegar and mix well.

  7. Add Photo

    Add corn flour, water in a bowl mix well,now add in gravy and take a one boil.

  8. Add Photo

    Now add fried balls in this gravy.take one boil.

  9. Add Photo

    Garnish with spring onion,and serve hot.
