Jeera aloo
Ingredients

4 boil potatoes (cubes)

1.5 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp lemon juice

3 tsp ghee

1 tsp Kasuri methi

Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions

Tak a kadhai, heat 3 tsp ghee add cumin seeds and allow them to splutler and change their colour.

Add boiled potatoes and green chilli stir very well.

Add salt and, Kasuri methi stir and saute for a minutes.

Switch off the flame add 1/2 tsp of lemon juice and serve hot.
