Ingredients

  1. 500 gram chicken pieces
  2. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  3. 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  4. 1 teaspoon red chilli paste
  5. 1/2 cup hung curd
  6. Oil and butter
  7. leaves Coriander
  8. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix curd ginger garlic paste,red chilli paste, chicken tikka masala,salt,1 teaspoon oil and coriander leaves in a big bowl....mix it well

    Add all the chicken pieces into the masala.Add lemon juice.

    Marinate the chicken for at least 5 Hours.

    Grill the chicken pieces on a grill tawa or griller.

  5. 5

    Baste with butter on regular intervals.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with onion rings.
