Ingredients

  1. 1 cup green peas/ boiled
  2. 1/2 cup malayi
  3. 1 finely chopped onion
  4. 1 finely chopped tomato
  5. 1 finely chopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 tsp ciba red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp ciba Kasmiri chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp ciba garam masala powder
  9. 2 tsp oil
  10. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a kadhai, add chopped onion and saute till translucent.

    Add chopped tomato and green chilli and cook till mushy.

  3. 3

    Add dry spices and cook till oil separates.

  4. 4

    Add peas and mix very well. cook covered for 2-3 minutes. add malayi and cook covered for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Matar malayi is ready. Sprinkle some kasuri methi garnish and serve.
