Ingredients

1 cup green peas/ boiled

1/2 cup malayi
-
1 finely chopped onion
-
1 finely chopped tomato
-
1 finely chopped green chilli
-
1/2 tsp ciba red chilli powder

1/4 tsp ciba turmeric powder

1 tsp ciba coriander powder
-
1/2 tsp ciba Kasmiri chilli powder

1/2 tsp ciba garam masala powder

2 tsp oil
-
to taste Salt
Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a kadhai, add chopped onion and saute till translucent.

Add chopped tomato and green chilli and cook till mushy.

Add dry spices and cook till oil separates.

Add peas and mix very well. cook covered for 2-3 minutes. add malayi and cook covered for 2-3 minutes.

Matar malayi is ready. Sprinkle some kasuri methi garnish and serve.
