Mutter Paneer Bhurji in Spinach

Ingredients

1 bunch Spinach (washed/blanched/pureed)

Onions 2 medium chopped

Tomatoes medium pureed/paste

1/2 to 1 cup (par boiled)

1 cup Paneer grated

1 tbsp Fresh cream
-
1 tsp Garlic ginger mirch paste

to taste Salt
-
1/2 tsp Haldi powder
-
1 tsp Lal mirchi powder
-
1 tsp Dhania powder
-
1 tsp Garam masala
-
1 tbsp Oil
Cooking Instructions

In a heavy bottom pan heat oil. Put garlic ginger mirchi paste. Cook for a minute.

Add onions and cook till pinkish or tender.

Add tomato paste. Cook till oil separates.

Add all dry spices.

Now add palak paste. Mix well cook for 5 mins. Add fresh cream or malai. Mix well.

Add mutter and mix well and cover and cook for 5 mins. Oil will separate.

Now add grated paneer and mix and cook for 2 mins more.

Mutter Paneer bhurji with spinach gravy is ready. Spread fresh cream.

Serve and garnish with ur choice. Enjoy with tandoori roti/ Paratha/ chapatti.
