Ingredients

  1. 1 bunch Spinach (washed/blanched/pureed)
  2. Onions 2 medium chopped
  3. Tomatoes medium pureed/paste
  4. 1/2 to 1 cup (par boiled)
  5. 1 cup Paneer grated
  6. 1 tbsp Fresh cream
  7. 1 tsp Garlic ginger mirch paste
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1/2 tsp Haldi powder
  10. 1 tsp Lal mirchi powder
  11. 1 tsp Dhania powder
  12. 1 tsp Garam masala
  13. 1 tbsp Oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a heavy bottom pan heat oil. Put garlic ginger mirchi paste. Cook for a minute.

    Add onions and cook till pinkish or tender.

    Add tomato paste. Cook till oil separates.

    Add all dry spices.

    Now add palak paste. Mix well cook for 5 mins. Add fresh cream or malai. Mix well.

    Add mutter and mix well and cover and cook for 5 mins. Oil will separate.

    Now add grated paneer and mix and cook for 2 mins more.

    Mutter Paneer bhurji with spinach gravy is ready. Spread fresh cream.

    Serve and garnish with ur choice. Enjoy with tandoori roti/ Paratha/ chapatti.
