Spinach suji dhokla with hung curd froasting

Ingredients

  1. 2 bowl suji
  2. as per taste salt
  3. 1/2 bowl spinach puree
  4. 1packet eno
  5. 1 tsp sugar
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. 1/2 bowl curd
  8. 2 tsp mint leaves paste
  9. 1 tbsp oil
  10. 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  11. 6 to 8 curry leaves
  12. 1 bowl hung curd
  13. as per taste salt
  14. as per taste black pepper

Method

  1. Add Photo

    Mix suji salt,sugar,lemon juice,curd,palak puree and mix well

  2. Add Photo

    Add water...batter should not be runny...keep dis a side for 10 min

  3. Add Photo

    Mix salt and black pepper in curd..grind mint leaves. beat and fill piping bag with hung curd

  4. Add Photo

    Now after 10 min if semolina is thick add some more water to make smooth batter...add eno...mix...and pour in dhokla pot...keep in steamer...cook till perfect cooked

  5. Add Photo

    Check with a knife..if it comes clean..it mean it's coomed perfectly

  6. Add Photo

    Cool it...froast with piping curd

  7. Add Photo

    Now take a pan...add oil...crackle mustard seeds...curry eaves...poir it on curd froasting
