Gavran Chicken Sukka
#cibaspices (Note: Add a good amount of oil to enhance taste, & As these type of chicken is normally served with Bhakri.)
Ingredients

500 gm Chicken Medium Cut

2 tbsp Oil

1 cup Dry Coconut

1 Whole Garlic Peeled

1 inch Ginger

1/2 Cup Coriander

4 Hot Green Chilli
-
1 Onion Thin Sliced

1 Tomato Finely chopped

5-6 Curry Leaves
-
1 tbsp Ciba Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tbsp Black Masala

1 tsp Ciba Hing

1/2 tbsp Ciba Chicken Masala

1 tsp Jeera
-
1 tsp Turmeric

Salt as per taste

Coriander for Garnish
Cooking Instructions

Slice dry coconut and dry roast it. Then take roasted coconut, Green Chilli, Coriander, Garlic and ginger in Mortar & Pestle and make a coarse paste.

Heat oil in a kadhai (Curry Pot) and add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Sliced Onion and Curry Leaves and fry it till Onion gets Golden Brown. Then add above-made paste. Saute it till paste become light golden brown.

Later add Ciba Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Ciba Chicken Masala and Homemade Black Masala. Saute it till it separates oil.

Now add chicken, and salt as per taste. Mix it and add around 1 cup (or little more if needed) of water. And let the chicken cook perfectly. Add more water if it needs. Once the chicken is cooked, take it off the flame.

Garnish it with coriander & wedge of lemon and onion and serve it with Bhakri.
