Ingredients

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1 cup suji
  3. 1 bowl curd
  4. 1 pinch baking soda
  5. To taste salt
  6. For filling:
  7. 3-4 boiled potatoes
  8. 2 sliced onion
  9. 2 green chillies
  10. 1 tsp chat masala
  11. 1 tsp chilli powder
  12. To taste salt
  13. as needed Oil

Steps

  1. Add Besan,suji, baking soda,salt and curd in a mixing bowl.

  2. Mix well add enough water,make a batter.

  3. Keep aside for 1 hour.

  4. Heat oil in a pan add boiled potatoes cut into cubes, sliced onion,chat masala, chopped green chillies,chilli powder and salt.

  5. Mix well,saute for 4-5 minutes.

  6. Greased oil on tawa pour batter and make chila.

  7. Shallow fry both sides.
