Add Besan,suji, baking soda,salt and curd in a mixing bowl.
Mix well add enough water,make a batter.
Keep aside for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan add boiled potatoes cut into cubes, sliced onion,chat masala, chopped green chillies,chilli powder and salt.
Mix well,saute for 4-5 minutes.
Greased oil on tawa pour batter and make chila.
Shallow fry both sides.
Filling with potatoes mixture.
Serve hot with green chutney and sauce.
