Ingredients

  1. 250 gms Chicken -
  2. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder -
  3. 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder -
  4. 2 tbsp Hang curd -
  5. 2 tbsp Rice flour -
  6. 2-3 Finely chopped garlic -
  7. 1 tsp Garlic paste -
  8. - 8 - 10 Curry leaves
  9. 1 tbsp Curd -
  10. 1/4 tsp Sugar -
  11. to taste Salt -
  12. 1-2 Green chilli -

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken with red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,salt and hang curd.

    Keep in the freeze for 45 mins.

    Heat oil in a wok.

  4. 4

    Add rice flour in the marinated chicken and deep fry all the chicken pieces till brown.

    4 - 6 batch wise fry all the chicken pieces.

    Flip it.

    Again heat oil in a same pan.

    Add cumin /jeera seeds to crackle.

  9. 9

    Add chopped garlic and stir fry for one mins.

    Add 8 - 10 curry leaves,green chilli and garlic paste and some water.

    Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder and curd.

    Add sugar and salt and add some water.

  13. 13

    Add chicken pieces into the gravy and mix well.

  14. 14

    Garnish with curry leaves and green chilli.
