Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 250 g besan
  2. 180 ml pani gunguna
  3. 1 nimbu ka ras
  4. 1 tbsp shakkar
  5. 1 tbsp Adrak mirch paste
  6. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  7. To taste Salt
  8. 1 tbsp fruit salt (Eno)
  9. 2 tbsp oil
  10. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  11. 8-10 curry leaves
  12. 2 slit green chillies
  13. as needed Grated coconut & dhaniya patti for garnishing

Steps

40 minutes
  1. Besan, gunguna pani,nimbu ka ras,shakkar mix karke ghol banakar 15 minutes rakh kar mirch adrak ka paste bhi mix kar dein.

  2. Fir Eno mix karke fatafat mix karke oil lagi thali mein 15 minutes steam kar lein. 5 minutes thanda karke uspe half cup pani chhidakar square pieces katkar 5 minutes aise hi rakhe fir pieces alag plate mein nikal lein.

  3. Pan mein oil garam karke Hari mirch, kadipatte, rai ka tadka lagake 1 cup pani dalkar 1 minute Ubal kar khaman par dal dein. Dhaniya patti, kase nariyal se garnish karein.
