Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Jammu rajma
  2. 1 big onion
  3. 2-3 tomato
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 1/2 tsp ginger
  6. 2-3 garlic
  7. 1 tbs chopped coriander
  8. 1 tsp jeera, heeng
  9. 1/2 tsp haldi
  10. 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  12. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  13. to taste Salt
  14. 1/2 stick dalchini
  15. 1 Bari elaichi
  16. 1 bay leaves

Method

  1. Add Photo

    Rajma ko 1 hour ke liye pani mein bhigo de.phir cooker mein rajma, salt or pani daal kar dakkan laga de or vessel laga de.

  2. Add Photo

    Dusri taraf ek pan mein 1 cup pani daale or chopped onion,tomato,ginger,garlic,green chilli,bay leaves,elaichi,daalchini kar boil kar le tomato ke soft hone tak.

  3. Add Photo

    Ab thanda karke usse mixi mein piss le. Jab pisse tab bay leaves nikaal de.phir chalni mein chaan kar purée bana le.

  4. Add Photo

    Ab ek pan mein jeera, heeng daal kar sauté Karein phir boil purée daale or sare pisse masale daal kar 4-5 min ko sauté kar le.

  5. Add Photo

    Ab usme boil rajma daal kar mix Karein or 4-5 min tak or paka le or end mein coriander daal de.

    Rice ke saath maaza le.
