  1. 4 potatoes
  2. 1 cup peas
  3. 1 small brinjal
  4. 1/2 cup cauliflower
  5. 1/2 cup cabbage
  6. 1 tbs ginger garlic green chilli paste
  7. 3 onion
  8. 4 tomatoes
  9. 1 Lemon juice
  10. to taste salt
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder coriander
  13. 1 tbsp pavbhaji masala

  1. Add Photo

    Take all veggies in pressure cooker... Add salt.. Take 4 whistle...

    When cool all veggies... mash it

    Take a nonstick vessel.. Add finally chopped onion roast it.. Add garlic paste and finally chopped tomatoes in it...

    On slow flame roast it properly now add all the spices...after few minutes add mashed veggies in it

  5. Add Photo

    Now cook this bhaji for 10 minutes.. Now add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves...

    Bhaji is ready to eat...
