Steps

  1. Gajer ka Chilka utar kar pani se saaf kar ke 1ya 2inch ke tukre kaat le. Ek bartan mein pani dal kar gas per rakh de. pani mein boil aane per sari gajer dal de.jab phir pani boil hone lage to 3,4 mint baad gas band kar de.phir ek kapre per nikal le.gajer ka Sara pani sukha de.phir ek fork se gajer mein holes kar le. bartan mein gajer or chini dal kar 5,6hours ke liye rakh de. jab chini ka pani ban jaye to gas per rakh de. jab chini ki chashni thick hone lage to 3,4 mint baad gas band kar de.
