Ingredients

10-12 servings
  1. 500 gm lauki
  2. 100 gm Coconut powder
  3. 100 gm sugar powder
  4. 1/2 cup dry fruit
  5. 1 pinch red colour
  6. 1 pinch green colour
  7. 1 pinch yellow colour
  8. 750 ml milk
  9. 2 tablespoon custard powder
  10. 1/2 tsp cardmom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 500 ml of milk.

    Add custard powder to rest of the milk.

    Grade the loky finely and add it to the boiling milk and stir it well. *Mix it till it become somewhat thick.

    Add the mix of (custard powder and milk of step 2) in boiling milk which has now started to become thick. Mix it continually till the time all the content in the pan leave the base. (Sticking property to pan is lost).

    Turn off the gas and add - *dry fruits *sugar powder *1/2 coconut powder taken. Mix all the content well

    Take out mix in 4 separate bowl.

    Add different colour to 3 bowl and one without colour.

    Give the shape of ladoos (balls) of each colour of each mix. And after ladoos(balls) are made roll over in coconut powder which we left in step 5.

    Now our insane colourful ladoos our ready to serve.
