Ingredients

  1. 4 cup wheat flour
  2. 1 cup ghee
  3. 1 cup powdered sugar
  4. 7-8 Cashew chopped pcs
  5. 1/4 cup Raisin
  6. 7-8 pcs Almond chopped
  7. 10-15 pcs Pistachio chopped
  8. 3-4 Green elaichi powder

Steps

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan or kadai add wheat flour and green elaichi powder stir fry till golden brown in slow flame for 5-6 min

  2. Then add powder sugar stir fry for another 2 min

  3. Then remove from the kadai pour the mixture into plate add all chopped nuts
