Khaman dhokla without Eno
Ingredients

1 Bowl Besan

to taste Salt

1 pinch Turmaric powder

1 tablespoon Lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

1/4 teaspoon Baking soda

Water

For tadka -rai; oil; sugar; salt; curry leaves; green chilies

Coriander leaves to garnish
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl mix besan; salt; lemon juice; turmaric powder. Stir for 5min. Leave to rest for 20min.

To the mix add baking powder and soda and transfer it to a greased tray.

Steam it for 25min

For tadka heat oil in a pan. Add Rai when crackle add green chilies and cury leaves. Switch off the flame. Add one bowl water. 3-4teaspoons sugar and salt. Add little lemon juice more.

Sprinkle the tadka on the dhokla prepared. Serve with coriander leaves garnished.
