Ingredients

  1. 200 gm sabudana
  2. 2 potatoes
  3. 6-7 green chillies
  4. 100 gm moongfali
  5. 1/2 tblspn jeera
  6. 1 tblspn sendha Namak
  7. 2 tblspn anaar daana for garnish
  8. 2 twigs dhaniya
  9. 2 tomatoes
  10. 1/2 tblspn lemon juice
  11. 3 tblspn ghee

  1. Sabudana wash krk half an hour k liye soak krk Rakh Liya

  3. Put three tablespoons ghee in Kardashian Nd let it get warm now put jeera, jeera ho Jaye to chopped chillies daale after that put moongfali Nd let it change colour.

  4. Now put chopped potatoes Nd let it cook, once it's done add the chopped tomatoes. Let it cook for 5-7 mins.

  5. Now add sabudana Nd mix all very well, let it cook after adding salt lemon juice Nd dhaniya. It will take 10 mins for getting it done but beech beech mn stir jaroor KR den.

  6. Khichdi is ready to be served, garnish it with anaardana Nd enjoy. Kaali Mitch Ka powder also can be added that enhances the taste. Happy fasting 😊
