Puri and Aloo tomato curry

3 potato boiled

To taste Red chilli powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Coriander powder

1 tsp Garam masala powder

1 tsp poppy seeds and jeera

Cut the boiled potatoes in squares

Chop tomatoes and grind it to a fine paste

In a pan put oil poppy seeds jeera and curry leaves then add tomato purée add all masalas and satue it till golden brown add some milk cream and add potatoes cubes ready to serve garnish vth coriander leaves
