Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 250 gm big mango
  2. 1 teaspoon mustard
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. To taste salt
  5. As needed oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut the mango into long strips without peeling

  2. 2

    Boil the cut pieces in water and some salt for 15 mins till it softens

  3. 3

    Add the sugar and mix well. The consistency should be a little thick

  4. 4

    Remove the mix to a serving bowl and keep aside

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds and red chillies. On crackling add them by spreading on top of the chutney. Your chutney is ready to be served
