Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Matar
  2. 200 gm paneer cut into small triangle pieces
  3. 2 tablespoon Cooked sabji masala
  4. to taste Salt and red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. 1 tsp jeera
  7. 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
  8. Coriander leaves for garnish
  9. As needed oil

Method

  1. Add Photo

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker add jeera, crackle it then add sabji masala, add salt, red chilli pepper to taste and turmeric powder.

  2. Add Photo

    Add kitchen king masala and mix well.

  3. Add Photo

    Add 2 cup water and cook matar for 2 whistle.

  4. Add Photo

    Add paneer pieces and cook for a boil.

  5. Add Photo

    Matar Paneer is ready to serve.
