Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl black urad
  2. 1/2 cup rajma
  3. 1 bowl tomato puree
  4. 1/2 bowl onion paste
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp dal makhni masala
  7. 1 tsp garam masala
  8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. To taste salt
  10. as needed Ghee

Steps

  1. Soaked overnight rajma and Dal.

  2. Boiled the dal and rajma and keep aside.

  3. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker add cumin seeds and onion paste, saute it.

  4. When change in colour add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree, saute it.

  5. Added all spices and saute till leave the oil.

  6. Add boiled dal, rajma and enough water, take 2 whistles.

  7. Cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
