Grind the roasted peanuts in a mixture.
Combine all the spices,garam flour coconut,roasted peanuts pwr ginger, garlic, green chilli paste, 2 tbsp oil in a bowl and mix well.
Wash, wipe dry and trim both the ends of the bhindi. Slit each bhindi vertically without breaking or cutting into two halves.
Fill each bhindi with the mixture.
In a pan, put oil and grated onion. Saute it for 5 min. Add pinch of salt, stuffed bhindi and saute for 2-3 min. Now, cover with lid and cook on low heat till done.
