Ingredients

  1. 8 Boiled potato
  2. to taste Salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
  6. 2-3 tablespoons Curd
  7. 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  8. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  9. as needed Oil

Method

  1. Add Photo

    Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds.

  2. Add Photo

    When they crackle add boiled potatoes.

  3. Add Photo

    Add spices. Saute for 5min by adding spoonful water each time so that they don't stick

  4. Add Photo

    Mix cornflour in curd well.

  5. Add Photo

    Add it to the kadhai

  6. Add Photo

    Mix well for 2min.

  7. Add Photo

    Serve hot
