Ingredients

  1. 8 Boiled potato
  2. to taste Salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
  6. 2-3 tablespoons Curd
  7. 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  8. 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  9. as needed Oil

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds.

  2. When they crackle add boiled potatoes.

  3. Add spices. Saute for 5min by adding spoonful water each time so that they don't stick
