Chicken Kheema Paratha
Ingredients

4 cups wheat flour

to taste salt

3 tsp ghee (clarified butter) water as required

Oil for shallow fry as required

For stuffing:

500 gms chicken mince
-
2 tsp ginger garlic paste

2 onions finely chopped
-
2 cups mint coriander leaves
-
to taste salt
-
1 tsp red chilli powder
-
1 tsp turmeric powder
-
2 tsp garam masala powder
-
1 tsp coriander powder
-
2 green chillies Finely chopped
Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, ghee and salt by adding water. Knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes

Heat a pan & add the chicken mince ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric chilli & garam masala powder. saute for few minutes & add the onions, green chillies & cook till water evaporates & mixture is dry. cool the mixture & add the mint coriander leaves.. !!

Divide the dough into equal lemon size balls.roll out a a small roti.. Keep the stuffing in the center of the rounds. Place another rolled roti on top of the stuffing. Give a gentle press using the roller. the top and bottom chapattis should stick together.

Heat a tawa & cook the parathas on both the sides. drizzle oil on both sides by flipping the parathas & cook till golden brown on both sides.

Serve hot with Kesar Phirni
