Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 25 grams custard powder (mango flavour)
  2. 1/2 litre milk
  3. 1 tbsp sabja seeds soaked in 1 cup of water
  4. 5 tbsp sugar
  5. 2 tbsp tutti fruti
  6. 250 ml Mango ice cream
  7. 3 tbsp falooda Sev soaked in boiling water

Cooking Instructions

    From 1/2 litre milk take 3 tablespoons and keep in a cup. Now add 25gms of mango flavour custard powder and mix well. Keep aside.

    Boil rest of the milk and add sugar to it. To the boiled milk add the custard powder mixed milk and stir well till it thickens. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool completely.

    In a glass put 1tsp of sabja seeds. Next layer some soaked falooda Sev. Add 2tbsp mango custard. Now add 1 scoop of mango ice cream. Next 1 TSP of custard, a little more ice creamand some strawberry syrup and tutti fruti. As a last layer add some mango custard and 1/2 tsp sabja seeds. Serve cold.
