  1. 2/50 gram white chane boiled
  2. 10 gram chana daal
  3. 2 small onions paste
  4. 2 pc garlic paste
  5. 1/2 inch Ginger paste
  6. 4 tomatoes paste
  7. 1 big Elaichi
  8. 2 Bay leaf
  9. 2 green chillies
  10. 2 spoon vegetables oil
  11. 1 tea bag
  12. 1 Spoon roasted zeera powder
  13. 1 Spoon imli pulp
  14. to taste Salt and red chilli powder
  15. 2 tsp Coriander leaves
  16. 1 Spoon chana masala

  1. Add Photo

    Boil socked chana with salt..big Elaichi.. tea bag..and tez patta

  2. Add Photo

    Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute till light brown.

    Add ginger garlic paste

    Add tomatoes saute till dark brown.

    Mix boiled chana..and boiled chana daal...saute for 10 minutes

    Add water and imli pulp and red chilli

    Heat for 20...25 minutes on simmer flame

  8. Add Photo

    It's ready to serve garnish with green chillies, small ginger sticks..and coriander leaves.
