  1. 2 cups sooji / rawa
  2. 1 big onion finely chopped
  3. 5 green chilles
  4. As needed Few curry leaves
  5. 1 Tsp rai
  6. 1 tsp corriender pwder
  7. 1 tsp kali mirch
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 2 tbs peanuts
  10. 1/2 cup carrot
  11. 1/2 cup capsicum
  12. 1/2 cup beans
  13. 1 tsp urad dal
  14. 1 tsp chana dal
  15. 3 cup boiling hot water
  16. to taste Lemon
  17. As needed Corrirnder leaves
  18. To taste Salt


  1. Take a pan put around 2 tbs oil then put rail let it cracle then add kadi patta green chillies both dals ground nuts and saute for few secs then put onion let it cook till pinkish then add salt corriender powder and kali mirch beans carrots capsicum

  2. Then saute for few min the add rawa roast it fir 10 to 15 mim.and also add corriender leaves then add that boiling water and mix weĺĺ as the water gets absorbed immediately and close gas serve hot
