  1. 250 gm Bhindi
  2. 15 ml oil
  3. 5 gm cumin powder
  4. 5 gm coriander powder
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon kashmiri mirch powder
  8. 1 cup milk


  1. Very simple recipe yet too much tasty, heat oil in a pan put a pinch of nigella seeds and add Vendi which is cut from both the sides, then one after another addition of cumin/coriander/turmeric/salt to taste and kashmiri mirch powder and saute nicely for two three minutes and add a cup of milk into it now keep the pan covered for five minutes. Serve hot Vendi Masala
