Ingredients

  1. 200 gm Paneer cut into 1 inch piece
  2. 1 large onion cut into 1 inch piece
  3. 1 green capsicum cut into 1 inch piece
  4. 1 cup curd
  5. 1/2 tsp each garam masala
  6. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp Chat masala
  8. 1 tsp Cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp each tandoori masala
  10. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  11. to taste Salt
  12. 50 gm Butter
  13. as needed Skewer or toothpick

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all dry masala with curd and give it a nice mix, then add lemon juice and mix well

    Put your diced paneer into the curd mix and coat it well and let it marinate for 1 hour..

    Also add your capsicum and onion into it and mix well.

    Stirr in between one or two time.

    Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

    Now arrange ur skewer stick with onion, capsicum, paneer, onion, paneer, capsicum, onion..

    Fill all ur skewr in the same order..

    Now heat ur non stick tawa and add 1 tbsp butter on it and put ur skewers over there...

    Roast by turning it time to time and adding more butter for getting creamy and crispy golden tikkas..

    When done serve it with ur favourite ketchup or dip..
