Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl soaked rice
  2. 1 bowl full mixed vegetables
  3. 1 bowl marinated chunks
  4. 1 pinch Hing
  5. 1/2 spoon jeera
  6. 1/2 spoon dhania powder
  7. 1/2 haldi powder
  8. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  9. 1 spoon or as your taste salt
  10. 2 long
  11. 4 black pepper
  12. 1 black elaichi
  13. 1 spoon full desi ghee
  14. as needed Coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    First take a cooker on medium flame and wait for heat the ghee on medium flame

  2. 2

    Add hing and long, black pepper and black elaichi &rost then and then add jeera, dhania powder, haldi powder and red chilli powder

  3. 3

    When it's done then add mixed vegetables and salt,now let it take lid for some time

  4. 4

    When vegetables become half steemed then add rice and marinated chunks and add slowly slowly then mix water

  5. 5

    Then close the cooker on high flame and wait for one vissle and turn off the cooker

  6. 6

    Open it and serve it hot with raita chutney and garnish with Coriander leaves & enjoy

    Mixed vegetables and nutrila chunks briyani is ready, enjoy Ramdan 😊
