Tawa rise Biryani

Ingredients

  1. 2 cup Cooked Basmati Biryani rice
  2. 1/2 Teaspoon cumie seed
  3. 2 medium size onion finely chopped
  4. 2 green chilli chopped
  5. 1 cup parboiled mix veg (carrot Capsicum,been, baby corn, peas etc)
  6. 2 medium size chopped tomatoes
  7. 1/2 tsp biryani masala and schezwan fried rice masala
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric, coriander and red chilli powder
  9. 2 tbsp oil
  10. 2 Small cubes butter
  11. 2 tbsp soaked and chopped Soya Bari
  12. 1 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  13. to taste Salt
  14. 1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in a big tawa and etc add cumin seeds and them to crakle. Now add bay leaf, green chilli, chopped onion and Saute light brown colour.

    Now add Soya Bari saute 3 minutes them mix the whole power boiled veggies saute 2 minutes and add the ginger garlic paste saute 2 min.

    And tomato and cook until it turn soft aur until oil to separate. Add all dry spices and salt mix and cook for a minute.

    Add rice mix gentaly till mix all ingredient nicely now prepare your Tawa biryani.

    Serve tham some coriander,curry and mint leaf.
