First of all, cut the spinach, wash and grind them in a mixer.
Now take the masala by boiling the potatoes or take it.
Cut the onions, green chilies and green coriander finely.
Now mix spinach, chopped onion, green chillies, salt,dry mango powder and all the spices in the mashed potatoes.
Put nonstick pan on the heat and grease it with oil. Now fry the till it becomes golden on the pan by making a mix of kebabs.
Serve hot with hot tomato chutney or any other chutney.
