Ingredients

  1. 6 Soya/dal vadi
  2. 1/2 cup boiled chana dal
  3. 1/2 tsp kewra essence
  4. 1 tsp garam masala
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp kaju powder
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1 pinch hing
  9. 2 mashed potato
  10. 2 tsp chopped dhnia leaves
  11. 1 packet manacco biscuit
  12. 3 tsp chipotle sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Take soya vadi and soak it in warm water for 1/2 hr.

    Boil chana dal and drain excess water.

  3. 3

    Now take a grinder add vadi and dal and grind it roughly.

  4. 4

    Now add all the masalas one by one and rest it for 1 hr. In fridge.

    Now take small balls and cover it with bread crumbs.

  6. 6

    Now take monacco biscuit add chipotle sauce and at the top tikki. Serve.
