Moong dal ke kabab
Ingredients

1 bowl soaked and grinded moong dal

1 bowl boiled and mashed potato

1 spoon grated ginger
-
2-3 green chilli chopped
-
1 cup bread crumbs

2 spoon cournflour
-
1 cup onion finely chopped
-
1/2 spoon chat masala
-
1/2 spoon red chilli powder

1/2 spoon dhania powder

Salt as per taste

2 spoon chopped coriander leaves

Oil for shallow frying
Cooking Instructions

Mix all the ingredients mentioned above accept oil and make a dough.

Give a shape of kebab and coated with bread crumbs.

Now heat a tawa put 2 spoon oil and placed kebab on it.

Turn the kebab another side and put 2 spoon oil.

Fry both sides till golden brown colour.

Enjoy kababs with chutney or sauce.
