  1. 1 bowl gram flour
  2. 1/2 cup rice flour
  3. 1 bowl chopped cauliflower, onion & potato
  4. 1 tsp jeera
  5. 1 tbsp garlic ginger & chilli paste
  6. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  10. 2 tsp coriander leaves
  11. 250 ml oil
  12. to taste Salt
  13. 2 pinch Baking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Take big bowl and put gram flour, rice, all masala, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, Salt, green coriander leaves and 2 pinch baking soda and add some water and make smooth paste and let it rest.

    Take frying pan and heat oil and cover cauliflower with paste and fry cauliflower pakoda

    Now cover onion and potatoes with the same paste and fry in the oil

    Now take out the pakodas in plate

  5. 5

    Mix veg fritters ready. Serve with green chutney and sauce.
