Ingredients

  1. 1 packet Monaco biscuit
  2. 1/3 cup Milk
  3. 1/3 tsp Salt
  4. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  5. 1/3 tsp Kasturi methi
  6. 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
  7. 1/3 tsp Dry mango powder
  8. ingredients for filling .
  9. 1 cup Mushroom
  10. 1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  11. 1 Finely chopped onion
  12. 1 tsp Chilli flaks and oregano
  13. 2 tsp Butter
  14. 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  15. to taste salt
  16. as needed Oil for frying.

Cooking Instructions

    Make a powder of biscuits..

    Then add all spices in it and mix it well

    Add milk in it and mix it well and make fine dough

    Then remove the middle part of mushroom.. And make hole..

    Then grate all middle part of mushroom..

    Then take a pan..

    Add butter in it..

    When it become hot add onion in it and saute it till it become light brown

    Then add grated mushroom in it and saute it for 2mins

    Then add cheese,chilli flaks,oregano,salt and black pepper in it and mix it well

    Filling is ready

    Then fill this filling in mushrooms

    Then take a small ball of dough..and put it on polythene

    Roll it little with the help of rolling pin

    Then put stuff mushroom on it.

    And cover it with the dough..and make vadas

    Then deep fry all vadas on medium flame till they become golden brown.

    And serve hot..
