Ingredients

  1. 200 gms cottage cheese diced
  2. 2 boiled potato diced
  3. 3 medium size tomato(puree)
  4. 2 tbsp malai or cream
  5. 1 tbsp beaten curd
  6. 2 tbsp cashew powder
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  9. 1 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tsp coriander powder
  11. 1 tsp sugar
  12. As required Milk
  13. to taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan put oil, cumin seed and all dry spices. Saute for a min

    Then add tomato puree, cream, curd and cook it till oil leaves the side of a pan.

    Then add cashew powder and milk to adjust the consistency.

    Then add sugar, salt and get a boil

  5. 5

    Then add cottage cheese and potato in the gravy and let it cook for 2 minutes.

    Finish the dish with some more cream..
