Mango custard
Summer brings lot of heats & mangoes in India..
Here is a dessert for all mango lovers.
Ingredients

1/2 kg milk

1 ripe mango
-
2 tablespoons custard powder
-
Sugar according to taste

2 tablespoons Whipped cream

1/2 cup grated white chocolates
Cooking Instructions

Peel and chop the mango into small pieces.Reserve some pieces for garnishing & grind the remaining pieces into a fine puree.

Heat milk in medium flame.

Add two tablespoons custard powder with half cup of milk.(Room temperature)

Mix it well.

Add this mixture into a boiling milk.

And continuously stir it to make a smooth consistency.

Ensure no lumps are formed.

Add sugar in it and bring it to a boil by stirring constantly.

Switch off the flame.

Add grated white chocolate & whipped cream in it for a creamy texture.

Keep the custard in fridge for 4 to five hous.

Garnish it with Mango pieces & whipped cream.

Serve chilled.
