15 Dates
-
1 Cup Besan
-
Rice Powder (Little)

Salt (To Taste)

Sugar (Pinch)

Oil (For Frying)
Cooking Instructions

Take out the seeds from the dates & flatten it little bit.

Make a thick batter of besan,little rice powder, salt & sugar (Pinch, this is optional)

Heat the oil in a frying pan

Dip the dates in prepared batter. Deep fry till it becomes golden brown colour.
