  1. 4 Bread slices
  2. 2 Potatoes boiled
  3. 1 Onion chopped
  4. 2 Green chillies chopped
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  6. 1 cup Besan
  7. To taste Salt according to your taste
  8. For frying Oil
  9. Handful Coriander leaves chopped


  1. Cut bread slices in a triangle shape

  2. In a bowl add boiled potatoes, onion,green chilli coriander and salt mix it well and keep a side

  3. In a bowl add besan red chilli salt and make a thin paste with water

  4. Now take one slice put potatoes mixture cover with another slice

  5. Now dip this bread in a besan

  6. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it.

  7. Serve hot with sauce
