Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 500 gm maida
  2. 100 gm rava
  3. 200 gm oil for moyan
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 1 tsp ajwain
  6. As needed Water for making dough
  7. as needed Oil for frying

Steps

  1. Mix maida and rava oil salt and ajwain.

  2. Make a dough with the help of water.

  3. Keep it aside for half an hour.
