Ingredients

  1. 30 lemon juice
  2. 1 kg sugar
  3. 1 litre water
  4. To taste Kala namak
  5. 25-30 pudina leaves
  6. 10 gm grated ginger

Method

  1. Make ek taar ki chashni by taking 1 litre of water and 1 kg of sugar

  2. Take out juice of 30 lemon

  3. Let the chashni cool

  4. Grind pudina and ginger into a paste

  5. Mix paste lemon juice in the chashni

  6. Strain it and store it

  7. While making the sorbet 1:7 ratio can be made to drink

  8. While serving add bit of salt

  9. Add ice and njoy cool cool lemon sorbet
